1. Prepare an idea of what topics will be the main theme of the blog. 
2. Write an article first 
3. Submit to search engines (google, yahoo and bing) 
4. Foxes blogspot html code to add a verification code, change the title of the article to the title. 
5. Submit to google webmaster 
6. Submit the link to the twitter + feedburner (To be automatically posted to twitter articles) on the Publicize tab -> Socialize menu 
7. Connect link to the rss feed into facebook graffiti (that article automatically posted to FB), looking for graffiti rss app in FB. 
8. Each post is complete social bookmarking submit articles like folkd.com, url.org (there are many others but I only use 2). 
9. Ping your blog with pingomatic.com

Is quite simple. but if you are running seriously, you will get results.
